Tiger 2

TIGER 2 was a small grants fund which allocated grants (of between £5,000 and £7,000) to groups in a local geographical community or a community of interest, for projects that helped to build local social capital, or community spirit, and provided formal and informal learning opportunities for people living in parts of Nottingham, Leicester and Derby cities, parts of the Notts/Derbys Coalfield and parts of Lincolnshire (Objective 2 Community Economic Development (CED) Areas). It ended in March 2008. Tiger 2 was funded by Objective 2 ESF through Nottinghamshire LSC.
